Maintenance

Each apartment is professionally painted, cleaned and has either carpet/flooring replacement or a professional cleaning. A final walk through prior to receiving keys is done by the Service Manager, along with an additional walk through by the management team to ensure your new home is ready.

You'll submit a service request through your resident portal via Rent Cafe or your can contact the leasing office.

Contact the leasing office.  After hours, you will need to call a locksmith.

24-48 business hours, as long as we have the required income documentation. 

You are able pay rent through the resident portal via Rent Café.  We also partner with Flex Pay, a service that enables you to split monthly rental payments into smaller installments.

All residents are required to maintain an active renter's insurance policy with $100,00 in liablity.  If you choose to not use a 3rd party company, you'll be automatically enrolled in our liability waiver program at $13.00 per month.

Yes.  You'll be responsible for a 60-day written notice and paying an early termination fee equal to two month's rent.

Prior to move in, you'll need to contact Georgia Power to set up electricity for your lease start date.  Water/Sewer will be set up by the staff prior to move in.  You'll be provided with contact information for Xfinity and AT&T prior to moving in.

All utilities are the resident's responsibility.

We are located off Exit 200 via I-20. We are next to Costco, Bass Pro Shops, Top Golf, Olive Garen, and The Riverwatch Movie Theater, off of Riverwatch Parkway.
